BFME 2 Special Edition 1.06

Hi fellas, i remade Special Edition as 1.06 . Because not that 1.06 is better, but you guys never stop to asking me "how to back 1.06" or "my RoTWK gave me error when i use bfme2 special edition!!" So i had to remade special edition as 1.06.
